A claims adjuster will typically contact you, your employer and any medical providers within 24 hours. They will evaluate your claim, determine & explain your benefits, and make arrangements for medical treatment and any payments. Your adjuster or a nurse case manager will also update your employer on your medical and return to work status.
A Claim Acknowledgement letter will be mailed. Your employer will also receive notice of your claim number.
